Please wear/bring the following to tryouts:
- Shin guards
- Plastic cleats or turf shoes**
- White or light colored tshirt
- Dark or bright colored tshirt
- Signed waiver (Click here to download)
**New Balance field can be slippery without proper footwear: to prevent injury, you will not be allowed to tryout in sneakers.
About the team:
BUFC Ladies is an independent club soccer team composed of players from BU. We compete in NIRSA Region 1, New England East Division. As an independent team, we are not affiliated with BU Athletics or SAO.
Our players are committed to the team and their teammates. We expect soccer to be your #2 commitment after academics.
We play competitive league games throughout September and October. The top 2 teams in our region qualify for regionals in Delaware at the end of October.
We hold morning practice once a week from 6:30-8:30am. (The day of the week rotates to minimize class conflicts.)
Dues for the fall season are $220/player. There is no cost for tryouts.
