#TBT to last Saturday's game! Last weekend the ladies of BUWCS kept the drama going. The girls road-tripped it to Rhode Island again to play Brown University. In the first half of the game the gals came out strong, maintaining smooth control for the majority of the half. Even though they came close to cinching a couple chances early on, no score was put on the board. In the second half, the girls continued to drive towards goal but had a hard time connecting with each other. It wasn't until with six minutes remaining in the second half, Natalie Wong (’19) hit a perfect free kick into the goal box finding Nellie Brennan (’21). Nellie with a great first touch was able to turn her defender and beautifully redirect the ball into the net. The final score ended in a 1-0 win!Boston University Club SportsOur games are certainly anything but boring, so why not come check us out this Sunday?
