Happy Fall 2018 Footy Season, everyone! Saturday night your BUWCS lady ballers ended their season home opener against Tufts in a 2-1 win. The Jumbos scored first in the first half, but newcomers to the squad made a strong debut as Natalie Long (’22), assisted by Abi Ewen (’22), answered Tufts’ score with a cap of her own before the end of the first half. With a quick switch in formation, newcomer Abi Ewen (’22), assisted by Nellie Brennan (’21), was able to put away another goal in the second half to take the lead. Also, big shout out to an amazing save by keeper Isabella Jimenez (’20) in the first half!
